Ariston Thermo Group began electronic document management with clients

On November 8, 2016 the Edisoft company announced project completion on transfer of Ariston Thermo on Electronic Data Interchange with clients in Russia.

Project Tasks

The plant on production of accumulative water heaters Ariston Thermo works in the city Vsevolozhsk of the Leningrad Region since 2005. For effective work with buyers and distributors the enterprise planned implementation of Electronic Data Interchange.

Logistic EDI messages allowed to automate data entry in the accounting system, to reduce quantity of errors and to accelerate shipments. Selecting the necessary integration solution among the Russian providers of electronic document management, Ariston was interested in flexible completion under specifics of the activity.

Ariston wanted to strengthen control over a flow of the entering orders and to improve payment discipline of partners. At classical EDI exchange requests even from those buyers who had debts automatically could get to a system. It was required to create the tool which is automatically filtering requests in similar situations^[1].

Project Progress

Edisoft suggested to use the integration LinkServer system. This solution helps to automate business processes of internal and external document flow, is seamlessly integrated with ERP systems. A system helps users to sign and send documents with the electronic signature in the single interface.

Project Results

Employees of the customer had an opportunity to accept the requests which are in advance filtered by automatic equipment. The quantity of human errors is minimized. Customer relations improved, the quantity of delays in payment of deliveries decreased.

In the summer of 2016 the project is started in an operating mode with retail chain stores in all territory of Russia.

The implemented project is important for our company. It will allow to save human resources when booking and to avoid possible errors.
