On November 11, 2016 the HTC company announced the flagman Bolt smartphone which in assortment of the Taiwan producer became the first device with the waterproof body and without traditional 3.5-mm connector for connection of earphones.
HTC Bolt is completed with the Super LCD 3 display with diagonal 5.5 inches, resolution capability 2560 x 1440 pixels and a cover plate of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. In a hardware basis the eight-nuclear Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with clock rate to 2 GHz is put. The chip contains the graphic Adreno 430 accelerator.
Amount of RAM is equal 3 Gbytes, capacity built in a flash drive — 32 Gbytes. Connection of the replaceable memory cards microSD is allowed.
The main camera received the 16-megapixel sensor of the image, double LED flash, optical stabilization of the image, a phase auto focus (works in only 0.3 seconds), a recording capability 4K-and slowed down (120 fps) videos. For the front camera the producer selected a 8-megapixel matrix.
As it was noted above, by HTC Bolt it is deprived of the 3.5-mm audioslot. Instead of it for connection of earphones the symmetric port USB Type-C is used. Phone is certified according to IP57 standard, and it means that it is possible to submerge it without effects on water depth to 1 meter within half an hour.
Besides, HTC Bolt it is equipped with the fingerprint scanner, stereoloudspeakers with support of BoomSound Adaptive Audio technology, modules of wireless communication of LTE, Wi-Fi of 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC, the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with shell program of HTC Sense UI and the accumulator with a capacity of 3200 mAh.
