Mediapark automated an enterprise management system

On November 11, 2016 the SAP company and NORBIT company announced start of an implementation project of the automated control system for the enterprise in retail network Mediapark.

At the time of the beginning of implementation of ERP in shops of network the POS system in which sales accounting was also kept was used. Many data had to be driven in manually that resulted in a large number of errors. With respect thereto the decision to select new technological platforms for sustainable development of business was made. The main goal of implementation of ERP in Mediapark network consists in automation of all circuit of organization activity – from internal processes in shops before obtaining financial statements by the top management of the company. Consolidation of data will allow to improve quality of acceptance of management decisions, to increase transparency and reliability of financial transactions, and at the expense of the new flexible system of pricing growth of the average check up to 10% is predicted.

Within project implementation work on distribution centers of the company will also be automated. The new schedule system will allow to trace more precisely a remaining balance in warehouses and in shops of network that will lead to increase in turnover for 5-15% and also to prevent situations when the necessary goods are absent in a warehouse.
