On November 15, 2016 the companies SAP and "Rostelecom" announced the beginning of an implementation project of technology SAP SuccessFactors for personnel management in the company Ticketland.ru. The HR consultant and the technical partner the company "ECOPSI Consulting" took part in the project.
- In the company the module Performance&Goals, a project circuit – 80 people is implemented
- Significant methodological improvements are entered to process, the model of competences is finished
- The platform, modules of goal setting, assessment of achievements are configured, personnel committees are configured
- In the next plans for development – functionality of Continuous Performance Management and the module Compensation
Project Tasks
Earlier the company customer used the system of assessment of employees which was carried out once a year on KPI, to competences and influenced only the salary. According to the results of several series of estimates shortcomings of such approach were shown:
- indistinct evaluation criteria,
- not always correctly effective objectives,
- the competences which are not corresponding to a profile,
- lack of a single system of storage and data protection.
Process was executed in Excel that took a lot of time, and the annual period of assessment was carried out long and did not correspond to dynamics of an environment. It led to the fact that employees did not correlate salary increase to results of activity, process was perceived by them as "a black box".
The company management made the decision on SuccessFactors SAP implementation. The EKOPSI company offered and worked methodology of a system of goal setting and assessment of employees for implementing solution. In this system are put the well-defined rules of personel assessment clear and objective results separated by employees, yielding.
Decrease in duration of assessment from two months to two weeks is expected, and reduction of frequency to quarterly will provide a permanent incentive of the employee and maintenance of relevance of its tasks within a year. The company, in turn, will increase flexibility with an opportunity to quickly redirect personnel focus on new tasks, agrees, for example, to the new or modified strategic objectives.
Development of methodology of process of management of remunerations, increase in the involvement of personnel into process by means of integration with the system of gamification, for quality improvement of training and motivation is planned. There will be well mobile application which will allow to find for this process time, convenient for the employees.
