BMW Bank completed implementation of an automated system of creation of the reporting for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

On November 15, 2016 BMW Bank announced completion of implementation of an automated system of creation of the reporting for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Project Progress

A system was constructed based on Neoflex Reporting. This solution optimizes work of bank in the conditions of permanent review of the legislation and introduction of forms of the reporting.

As the partner for implementation of necessary changes Neoflex was selected. The project on system implementation of preparation of the reporting of Neoflex Reporting was broken into several stages. During the first stage the 127th form, at the second stage — six more forms is automated, including 126, and on completing the third the 303rd form is implemented. As a result of BMW Bank can perform the automated calculation of 14 report forms, including 115, 118, 125, 401 and more than 19 codes for the 135th form.

By preparation of the obligatory reporting data are loaded from the automated banking system and separate Excel files of the interface table Neoflex Reporting using the NR ETL system which is a part of a complex. Use of own loader of Neoflex optimizes work and increases the speed and quality of its accomplishment, told in the company.

Use of a complex of the automated preparation of the reporting allowed to release own resources of "BMW Bank" and to redirect them to the sphere of customer service. This innovation increases service quality, provided by bank, and accelerates process of customer interaction.
