Oracle SPARC T7

SPARC T7 is the server on the platform of the SPARC M7 processor.

The powerful one-socket server operates on the 32-core SPARC M7 processor. Has high power capacity, core performance, opportunities of fast enciphering and a hardware decompression.

The SPARC M7 processor has twice more computing flows and four times more cache on each core, than at the SPARC T5 processor, the architecture significantly increased performance of each core. New controllers of memory allowed to increase capacity of memory and access rate to memory, and capacity of input-output grew four times. The SPARC M7 processor works approximately three times quicker, than the SPARC T5 processor.
