Don agrarian and industrial Complex booked audit of a management system for maintenance and repairs

On November 21, 2016 the Spectec company announced project completion of audit of a management system for maintenance and repairs of the enterprises as a part of "DON agroindustrial corporation".

The management of DON agrarian and industrial Complex pays attention to improvement of a system of maintenance and repair (MRO) which works as a part of an asset management system. In this regard "DON agroindustrial corporation" involved NPP Spectec company in carrying out its audit.

Project Progress

Organizationally audit covered the head company and all manufacturing enterprises of the customer. At the initial stage experts of NPP Spectec held an introductory seminar where they provided modern management model assets.

On this basis of DON agrarian and industrial Complex and NPP Spectec agreed to accept as criteria of audit of the requirement of GOST P 55.0.02-2014/ISO55001:2014 in that part which concerns the MRO system.

Audit is booked in two directions:

• audit of adequacy – the analysis of documents of the existing MRO management system regarding their compliance to criteria of audit,
• compliance audit – the analysis of the actual activity of the customer in the field of management of a MRO regarding compliance to documents and criteria of audit.

The customer provided for audit of adequacy to experts of NPP Spectec documentation which acts on the enterprises "DON agrarian and industrial Complexes" in a MRO management system.

For compliance audit experts of the contractor used three methods of collecting of evidence of audit:

• self-assessment of compliance of the MRO system to criteria of audit,
• self-assessment of satisfaction with activity in the field of a MRO,
• interview with the customer's specialists concerning activity in the field of a MRO.

For implementation of the first two methods the questionnaires developed by NPP Spectec are used, questioning of key experts of the customer is carried out. The list of spheres of activity for audit was defined according to the practicians who found reflection in the SAE JA 1011/1012 standards on RCM process in standards of the GOST P 51901 series "Management of risk", and in standards of the GOST P 27.XXX series of "Reliability in the equipment".

Data collection in three dimensions helped to increase their objectivity. Using the received evidence of audit, experts of NPP Spectec created the observations and expert evaluations, revealed the spheres of activity in the MRO system requiring improvement first of all. For November 21, 2016 audit report in which experts should reflect discrepancies and recommendations for improvement of the MRO system prepares.

On the next stage of works experts of NPP Spectec are going to develop the actions plan on development of the MRO system, technical specifications on the information management system of a MRO which will help the customer with implementation of this plan.
