Dinar Danilovich Sharafutdinov was born in the Tuymazinsky Region of Republic of Bashkortostan on July 9, 1985.

More than 10 years of work in the IT sphere of a public sector, experience of implementation of IT projects have experience. In 2008 continued work in Minstroytrans of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RB) of IT as the specialist, further in Gosstroy of RB IT the manager of the sector of information and communication technologies. During a labor activity organized a number of large new projects in the field of informatization of public administration and services at the level of the subject: implementation of EDMS in Minstroytrans RB, the Control IC projects in Gosstroy of RB.
