Businessavtomatika will create the geoinformation register of all telecom operators of Russia

The Businessavtomatika company at the beginning of July, 2017 signed the agreement on creation of an information and analytical system "The register of communication services". A system is implemented by request of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

Basic purpose of a system — condition monitoring, development of services and a communications infrastructure in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Within the Businessavtomatika project will create the geoinformation register which will include operators of telephone, payphone, mobile, satellite communications and also Internet service providers and suppliers of online services of all Russia. Operators will be obliged to report to a system information on the infrastructure with a geobinding. The coverage of each operator will be displayed on the card, and on the website it will be possible to obtain information on availability in any point of Russia.

It is planned that a system will have to provide: regular collecting, systematization and reduction to a uniform data format about the rendered communication services; storage and analysis of a status, changes, development of communication services; creation of analytical reports for acceptance of management decisions by public authorities.

Besides, information provided by a system should allow to estimate dynamics of development of communication services in all territory of Russia, to define regions where operators of communication services are monopolists of the market, to estimate effect of the taken measures for expansion of a range of the provided communication services and to solve other problems of monitoring of availability of communication services in the territory of the Russian Federation.
