The National Center of Informatization (NCI) entering into Rostec started creation of a mobile modular telemedicine complex: to development of a prototype and basic elements. The NCI reported about it to TAdviser in November, 2016.
When developing a mobile complex modularity and open interfaces and protocols is used. It allows to apply widely in the project products of the third-party companies, promise in NCI. The program part of a complex developed by NCI provides integration with regional medical information systems and specialized medical subsystems, such as, for example, "Electronic medical record".
The companies entering into Rostec state corporation have an experience of creation of specialized medical devices, data transmission systems. In particular, developments of MIC holdings, "The Russian electronics", "Schwabe" can be involved in the project. At the same time, over a mobile telemedicine complex we intend to involve not only related structures, but also other companies of the Russian market. The body case, convenient to transportation, will be equipped under specific objectives with standard pluggable units and sets of the diagnostic equipment. The formation of a complete set of specialized modules will be completed in development process, and at the initial stage at least eight plug-in medical circuits are supposed: ECG, ultrasonography, auskultation, capillary blood test, otolaryngology, respiratory function, ophthalmology and tonometry.
The telemedicine complex is created for quality improvement of early medical diagnostics. With its help it is possible to improve equipment of medical aid stations of the first medical aid at the enterprises and medical assistant's obstetric points, consider in NCI. Using mobile complexes, health workers, including doctors of emergency medical service, will be able to conduct the qualified examinations during the offside events, in field conditions, in remote localities, etc.
