The training center of Alee Software company provided in the fall of 2016 corporate training in the "Practical Course on Digitization of Data" program for specialists of the Russian Federal Geological Fund (Rosgeolfond).
The three-day course which completed on November 21-23, 2016 covered all stages of maintaining large projects on digitization of paper funds. The range of methods and the schemes of scanning embroidered, stitched and large-format documentation was shown to listeners.
The educational program included theoretical and practical lessons on initiation, planning, implementation and further support of projects of industrial digitization of data, including image processing and extraction of metadata. Legal aspects of creation of digital libraries and also protection of digital data and intellectual property became an important subject of the program.
In general, the corporate rate provided as applied knowledge of the organization of process of scanning, and the guide to work with a regulatory framework in the field of intellectual property and copyright according to Rosgeolfond fields of activity.
According to the results of passing of rates pupils received certificates on advanced training.
