EDMS Etla at the regional operator on capital repair of the Jewish Autonomous Region

Non-profit organization - "The Regional Operator on Capital Repair of Apartment Houses of the Jewish Autonomous Region" fund expanded in 2016 work in Etla electronic document management system.

As a result of system implementation it was succeeded to organize transparent and reliable work with all documentation of fund, for the account:

• formations of distinct structure of document storage;
• establishments of control over execution of instructions;
• fast and accurate document transfer from one contractor to another and tracking of a status of business process in real time.

By the fall 2016 active work on scanning, recognition and an institution in the system of documents which came to fund in the course of its work in recent years ended.

After system implementation of electronic document management in 2014 and operation by the management of NPO of "ROKR" the decision on additional connection to work of a number of employees was made.

The decision on expansion of use of a system was made quite easily as all settings of users, installation of access rights, adding of users in groups and purpose of roles it in business processes were performed by forces of the system administrator, when using different tools which are present at a system.
