Choosing a Solution

For complex automation the Global Exchange company as the strategic partner looked for the supplier corresponding to its basic principles: professionalism, high quality of service, innovation and speed. The ProgramBank company whose solution ProgramBank.core banking system was selected as the automation system for NPO Global Ekscheyndzh became such partner.

Project Progress

The project required flexible and operational interaction between the global company, the Russian office and the developer. Despite objective difficulties, in June, 2016 implementation ProgramBank.core banking system began, and in September, 2016 the solution was brought into commercial operation.

"Creation of business in Russia became a new step for our international company. We had a need to adapt the existing infrastructure to relevant requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For achievement of this purpose the decision on acquisition of an industrial product for automation of accounting and the reporting was made. The flexibility of future solution and a possibility of operational correction of processes under our business challenges, including without involvement of specialists of vendor was a key selection term. ProgramBank proved to be the professional and customer-oriented company, quickly and accurately reacting to requirements of the customer, successfully using Agile-approach to implementation. Thanks to it in a short space of time the core banking system was brought into commercial operation. At the same time implementation included not only setup of our specific product row, but also integration with the existing distributed infrastructure of Global Exchange. I consider it necessary to note that specialists of the company continue to resolve quickly issues on expansion of functionality of the created infrastructure and after end of the main stage of implementation that, unfortunately, still extremely seldom meets in our market".
