On November 25, 2016 the AST company announced provision of services on maintenance of IT infrastructure of the Moscow office of the international transport company "Santa Fe".

Project Progress

In the project progress specialists of "nuclear heating plant" executed a complex of the works which allowed in an essential measure to optimize hardware maintenance process to increase availability and reliability of the systems of IT infrastructure.

Preparation of the project for start of the planned service level demanded carrying out the following complex of works:

  • Inspection of IT infrastructure, classification of the equipment and determination of its current status.
  • The organization of the knowledge base, including the non-standard equipment and gaining access to knowledge bases of a number of vendors.
  • Selection of resources of engineers in the target directions, collecting of a matrix project team.
  • A regulation of works, including the complete action plan – from preventive actions, to regulations of actions according to the solution of incidents.
  • Connection of the customer to own service Service desk.

First, we had to transfer to ourselves maintenance of infrastructure of the customer "on the fly" – in very short time and in parallel, almost from the first day of our emergence on the platform, to provide the high level of uninterrupted operation and reliability of functioning of systems. Secondly, in small infrastructure of the customer there was enough the diverse equipment that forced us to gather very quickly a team of a large number of diversified engineers, to resolve issues of funds and ZIP for a wide range of the equipment".
