Janitza UMG 511

The analyzer of quality of the electric power of UMG 511 is generally intended for control of quality of power according to standards, such as EN 50160. All parameters of quality of power, such as gather and analyzed: a flicker dose, short-term interruptions with function of record of errors, transition processes, harmonics to the 63rd and current throws, etc.

Extensive opportunities of communication such as RS 485 Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet (TCP/IP), BACnet, http, FTP, SMTP, SNTP, DNS... allow to perform fast integration into the existing networks of communications without additional costs.

Main measurement

UMG 511 has 4 measuring channels for current and tension. The first three channels (measurement of a base line) are held for use in a three-phase system.

Auxiliary measurement

Auxiliary measurement can be used for measurement of a single-phase or symmetric three-phase system. Alternatively, the input on current can be selected to the three-phase system of measurement of a base line for measurement of current in a neutral. Tension input, for example, can be used for registration of tension between N and PE. Auxiliary measurement represents all parameters of measurement as well as in measurement of a base line (current, tension, power, harmonics, transition processes, events and a dose of a flicker...).

Interfaces

The measured values and the written data can be schitana through Ethernet (TCP/IP). The configuration of the device and data analysis is made using the software of GridVis which is included in the delivery. By means of network protocols (Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP, Profibus) there can be schitana the real measured values and be exercised control of digital inputs and exits. The maintenance of digital inputs and exits can be used for different tasks.

Application

The analyzer of quality of power is equipped with 4 measuring inputs on current and tension, measures and digitizes effective values of currents and tension in network of 50-70 Hz. The built-in microprocessor calculates electric parameters from values of selection. The corresponding tension can be determined as linear or phase stress for measurement in a three-phase system.

Tension given on UMG 511 is used as reference voltage for measurement of harmonic composition, transition processes, records of events and calculation of a dose of a flicker. For record of current events it is necessary to set rated value of current.

The 4th measuring input of current and tension represents the separate system of measurement. Usually this input is used to measure current in neutral or PE the conductor or used to measure the difference of tension between N and PE.

The UMG 511 analyzer of quality of power is used for the purpose of continuous quality control of power, for example according to EN 50160. Also serves for the purpose of quality control of power of power supply from a power source. UMG 511 can be used in applications for a research of accidents on the party of the consumer and also be used as preventive measurements regarding perturbations of the electric network.

The fast, optimized at cost and reliable system of communications can be developed through Ethernet connection. Own home page of the measuring device offers you an opportunity of a call of data or a configuration of the measuring device, directly via the built-in Web server.

A large number of digital and analog inputs and exits offers a set of opportunities of the systems of communication, and allows to perform communication with a PLC and independent tasks of management. The software of GridVis is included in the delivery. GridVis can be used, for start of analyses on compliance with EN 50160 by a one click of the button. Data view in real time and a research of the written data - also is means of search of the prime cause of problems of the electric network.

Digital courses and exits

8 digital inputs of the device can be used for switching of rates, for synchronization, start of data recording or as calculating inputs for impulses. The built-in 8 programmable comparators to which about 4 parameters of measurement for installation of limits can be appropriated. A digital output can be also programmed as signal exits for transition processes, events or as pulse exits.

Data collection and record

UMG 511 has an internal memory on 256 MB for continuous registration of all measured data. Memory of the measured values is freely configured concerning the choice of the measured values which should be written also intervals of record. A record interval - the average time of the corresponding measured value. Besides, the maximum and minimum effective values (time of averaging of 200 ms) can be saved within these intervals if you want to save data as the diagram of y (t). It is also possible to save these measurements in the form of histograms (distribution curve).

Registration of transition processes and events is defined by triggers. Transition processes are registered with the period of more than 50 microsec. Events, such as, jumps of current, voltage drop or overvoltage can be safely saved for a half-cycle. Events are registered with more than 16000 (is programmed) by half-cycles.

Janitza UMG 508

The analyzer of power of UMG 508 is the multi-purpose device for installation at a door of a cabinet or the front panel. The device is equipped with the colourful graphics display with the intuitive user interface. Extensive functions of measurement, such as control of short-term interruptions, jumps of current, transition processes, harmonics (to the 40th inclusive …), do the device unique in its price range.

Extensive options of communication, such as RS485 (Modbus RTU, Profibus), Ethernet TCP/IP, BACnet, HTTP, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, SNTP, or DNS allow to perform effective in costs and fast integration of the device into the existing structures of communication.

Measurement is performed on 4 separate inputs of current, applied as to the three-phase systems with additional measurements in N or PE, and to measurement of 4 individual single-phase loadings. UMG 508 has the individual counter of the electric power for each input. The large volume of the internal memory of data in 256 MB allows to perform registration of all measurements within many months, without intermediate synchronization.

Janitza UMG 96RM-E (с Ethernet)

UMG 96RM-E (with Ethernet) the compact and powerful multifunction measuring device held for use in distribution manifolds of low and medium voltage.

In addition to a large amount of the measured electric values (800!), this innovation measuring device offers a set of additional functions, such as analysis of harmonics of tension and current to the 40th inclusive. Continuous selection with a frequency of 20 kHz allows to receive the measured values with bigger resolution capability and thus, doing UMG96RM by the effective management tool energy for error analysis and control of parameters of quality of the electric power, for example as tension failures from 190 ms.

Existence of discrete inputs and exits, existence of comparators (10 x 5), allow to create control algorithms on the basis of the power supply network parameters measured by the device.

Janitza UMG 605

The analyzer of quality of power of UMG 605 is intended especially for quality control of power in compliance to standards, such as EN 50160. All parameters of quality of power are registered and analyzed, for example a flicker dose, short-term interruptions with function of record of errors, transition processes, harmonics up to 63, current throws, etc.

Possibilities of communication for example. RS 485 Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet (TCP/IP), BACnet, http, the file transfer protocol (FTP), SMTP, DNS.... allow to perform effective and fast integration into the existing electric networks of communication with the smallest costs. The global access to the built-in Web server can be got through the web browser.

The user programs can be created. Simultaneous operation of 7 user programs is possible. The software of GridVis included in the package allows to perform simple and complete parametrization and also to make an extensive research only a one click of the button.

Thanks to the discrete processor of signals it was provided to offer perhaps the high-quality analyzer of quality of the electric power, PKE, UMG 605 at very reasonable price. High frequency of sampling allows to perform continuous measurement of more than 2000 measured values for a measurement cycle (200 ms). The analyzer of quality of power of UMG 605 meets requirements of continuous quality control of power according to EN 50160. Also it meets requirements of quality control of power of power supply from the party of a power source. Modbus gateway

Using UMG 605 with function of the Modbus-gateway normal devices with Modbus-RTU can be connected to Ethernet. For example, UMG 604 can be used at the same time as the gateway for the reinstalled connected measuring devices or for already devices in the equipment. Any device with Modbus RTU the interface where the format of data and functional codes match, can be connected. Data can be registered and scaled.

High-speed Modbus

Devices of the UMG 605 series can transfer information between with each other using RS485 interface at a speed up to 921.5 kB/s.

Applications

The analyzer of quality of power which is equipped with 4 measuring inputs of current and tension collects and digitizes effective values (true root mean square value) of currents and tension in the electric networks 40-70Hz (15-440Hz). The integrated microprocessor calculates electric parameters from the selected values. The corresponding tension can be determined as phase or interphase tension for measurement in a three-phase system. Tension the measured UMG 605 serves as reference tension for measurement of harmonics, record of transition processes and events, and for measurement of a dose of a flicker. For record of events on current it is possible to set rated values of currents. However, usually it is used to measure current in neutral or PE the conductor or used to measure the difference of tension between N and PE.

Janitza UMG 604E

The German producer Janitza GmbH (Germany) offers for the solution of the current tasks of control of a status of parameters of quality of the electric power, condition monitoring of network of power supply, for control of automation systems of continuous productions the new device - the analyzer of quality of the electric power the Janitza UMG 604E model (with the built-in port Ethernet).

The metering equipment is usually installed in the low-voltage systems of distribution as the compound measuring device at a door of a cabinet of switching equipment. Costs for installation and connection are considerably reduced by means of the UMG installation of 604 × 35 mm. DIN rail. Janitza UMG 104

The analyzer of parameters of the UMG 104 power supply network is equipped with the processor of digital signals of DSP on 500 MHz, it does it by very fast and strong analyzer of power.

Continuous scanning of 8 channels with a frequency of 20 kHz on the canal allows to perform record of all electric parameters (more than 800 values), minimum - both the maximum values, and principal values of quality of power, such as harmonics (to the 40th, each phase with detection of the direction).
