Content

On November 24, 2016 the Gendalf company announced an implementation project of Scan Archive technology in a computing environment of Prodimeks holding.

Project Tasks

Earlier the enterprise customer for weeks prepared for tax audits - manually looked for documents in paper archive, and separately copied. Control of documents from numerous partners was complicated, a lot of time was spent on reconciliations.

The management of Prodimeks made the decision on the organization of electronic archive. To IT service set the task - by means of high technologies to organize work so that to submit documents in regulatory authorities within short terms and without excess labor costs.

IT specialists of holding selected the Scan Archive program developed by Gendalf company from a range of the solutions proposed in the market. The program found compliance to requirements of the enterprise for three criteria: functionality, simplicity of implementation and cost.

Project Progress

With participation of consultations of the developer the product "Scan Archive" for several days was installed at the enterprise.

Project Results

All accountant officers and department of sales got access to ordered electronic archive in 1C:Enterprise 8 base.

Directly five people work with the Scan Archive program. They transfer paper documents to the scan copy at once on receipt then a system will recognize details or barcodes and attaches these copies to 1C. During tax audit the necessary document package is unloaded by one click of "mouse".

Thanking "Scan Archive" of a labor cost were reduced by preparation for checks at least twice. It thus that at the enterprise the normal stream scanner is installed, and at increase in clearness of scanning for recognition of documents decreases its speed. Also now our employees can trace whether all documents returned from partners and were entered to archive. Not returned documents automatically are noted in base that allows to avoid matters of argument".

Such organization of work with archive gives to the management of holding confidence that in documents a complete order and at any check of regulatory authorities they will be provided in time.
