Sberbank bought 117 thousand personal computers with Windows

In November, 2016 Sberbank summed up the results of the large purchase of computers announced in May. The initial cost of the contract was $42.8 million that makes about 2.78 billion rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for November 29, 2016.^[1]

Sberbank selected suppliers of the PC for 2.5 billion rubles

Purchase consisted of two lots. The first worth $26.1 million included a batch of "the operator's PC", at the same time the price of each computer should not have exceeded $380. The second lot with the total cost of $16.7 million included Office PCs, Technology PCs, "Jobs of heads" and "the PC of developers" c at the starting price of $ $ $ $420.97, 468, 890 and 818 respectively for an item of equipment.

"Mix distribution company" which reduced the initial cost of the PC from $380 to $351 became the winner on the first lot. Thus, the total cost of purchase fell to $24.126 million (more than 1.5 billion rubles). The model of the computer is Lenovo ThinkCentre M79.

On the second lot the Didzhital Mashins company got a victory. In the proposal of this participant the cost of Office PC is reduced approximately by 7%, on other computers – from 0.2 to 0.5%. The total cost of purchase was $15.9 million (about 1 billion rubles).

On computers Microsoft Windows Professional OS should be preset. Work of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 should be supported.

Delivery dates of products cannot exceed:

• 8 weeks from the moment of signing of the specification on the first delivery.
• 4 weeks from the moment of signing of the specification across Moscow and the Moscow region at subsequent deliveries;
• 6 weeks from the moment of signing of the specification on regions at subsequent deliveries;
• 8 weeks from the moment of signing of the specification on regions at subsequent deliveries under separate approval of the parties.

In total within purchase Sberbank is going to receive over 117 thousand PCs.
