DIT of the Samara region will use Solar JSOC

Solar Security announced in November, 2016 the beginning of cooperation with department of information technologies and communication of the Samara region.

In accordance with the terms agreements of the party will provide bilateral information exchange between Solar JSOC and the Center of detection, warning and mitigation of consequences of the computer attacks on information systems and resources (departmental State system of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks segment) of the Samara region. This cooperation is directed to consolidation of efforts on fight against cyberthreats.

Information exchange will allow both organizations to adjust even more rapid response to incidents, identification of the mass attacks and development of methods of protection against them. Solar JSOC and the Center of detection, warning and mitigation of consequences of the computer attacks on information systems and resources of the Samara region will exchange data on incidents of information security, indicators of a compromise of systems, correlation rules and the other information capable to help with identification and prevention of cyber attacks.

Solar JSOC, in turn, daily aggregates a huge number of information necessary for timely identification and warning of the hacker attacks therefore this cooperation will be very useful for both parties".
