VistaNEO is the platform for the analysis of basic reasons (RCA) and optimization of a mobile network. The product is focused on the enterprises in the field of provision of services of mobile communication.

A system is intended for the departments which are responsible for communication quality in network. It helps to distribute optimum resources of network for satisfaction of customer expectations on the basis of use of the subscribers given about geographical distribution.

VistaNEO is a powerful, scalable system with the client-server architecture. The technology helps engineers of RAN to carry out detailed data analysis transferred to time of a talk of subscribers taking into account geographical localization. Collected data serve for elimination of different problems in network before they are reflected communication quality of subscribers.

The software platform collects, processes and stores the radio network performance data based on experience of the subscriber. Collected data consist of the radio-registration (which are also called by events of mobile calls), they - a rich source of information at the level of 3, contain several valuable measurements executed using the mobile device in connection time with network. In these data are absent information on location, but due to use of difficult algorithms during writing, it is possible to receive approximate location of the user device.

VistaNEO helps to improve communication quality in network, providing necessary types of data about performance of a mobile network. By means of functions of the built-in analysis of influence of noises, cross impact of the neighboring base stations and an overload of cells, VistaNEO increases efficiency of optimization, quickly defining a problem origin.

VistaNEO provides display of parameters of a status and network performance from the point of view of the client and the operator that helps to gain a complete impression about quality of network functioning.
