TCxWave is POS systems for use in retailers.

On September 21, 2016 the Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions company announced expansion of the range of the TCxWave POS systems on the Intel processors Core of the 6th generation, including the i5-6300U processor on the basis of Intel vPro technology.

As a part of devices the Windows 10 operating system for Internet of Things. The technologies of Intel and Microsoft which are built in devices of Toshiba allow retail stores to conform to market demands.

Availability of Windows 10 IoT helps the enterprises with a part:

• integration of peripheral trade devices with the reduced deployment time;
• the built-in multilingual functionality, providing support of different geographical regions;
• the functions helping to provide compatibility with requirements of PCI for increase in security of transactions and personal data of buyers;
• the operating system allowing to use flexible technologies.

Delivery of POS systems will begin with the preset Windows 10 IoT OS in the 4th quarter 2016.
