On November 29, 2016 the BARS GROUP company announced implementation in Krasnoyarsk Krai to BARS.Monitoring-Veterinariya. The Agency of informatization and communication of the region acted as the customer.

Project Results

A system solves problems of automation of collecting and the analysis of indicators of the industry of veterinary science of the region, operational monitoring of submission of reports. With its help it is possible in the message online mode the reporting by organizations and to prepare the general reporting according to the legislation.

BARS.Monitoring-Veterinariya automated reporting of organizations on accounting by all types of biological products therefore the management of the industry is capable to monitor their target expenditure. A system allows to accumulate versatile data for the state supervisory authorities in the veterinary science industry: whether unscheduled inspections were carried out whether penalties are imposed, whether there was a revocation of licenses how many instructions were issued. The possibility of formation of information for the subsequent its representation on open portals for citizens is implemented: information on the location of veterinary associations, contact information, etc.

In a system 265 users are registered. Authorization using the Single system of authorization and authentication is implemented that allows to log in with the same credentials, as on the portal of public services and functions.

"Thanks to a system we will have a possibility of reflection of data on the arisen diseases of animals, their development and the held antiepizootic events in the region. In a system information on quantity and categories of the animals subjected to veterinary and sanitary examination is also kept. We hope, BARS.Monitoring-Veterinariya will allow to reduce significantly time and labor costs during the collecting and data validation, preparation of reports".
