The center of payments and legal services at road accident began to use Directum

The uniform federal center of payments and legal services at road accident began with fall of 2016 work in the DIRECTUM ECM system. During the project processes Regress and Subrogation are automated, the full stroke of processing of claim moving papers is provided.

In the center specialists of Akelon company were engaged in implementation of DIRECTUM. Within the project the following tasks were selected:

· simplification of preparation and processing of claims, claims and statements; · organization of electronic archive of claim moving papers; · ensuring transparency of processes of work with claim moving papers; · increase in efficiency of control of accomplishment of tasks of structural divisions.

The solution developed on the basis of DIRECTUM provided support of complete lifecycle of work with claim moving papers, since the moment of emergence of a matter in issue and finishing with control of performance of judgments.

As a result of project completion more than 1900 cases are loaded into the DIRECTUM system of the Uniform federal center of payments and legal services at road accident. On each of affairs the document package which goes further to processing along a standard route forms now.

The closest plans of the company are development of a system in the directions:

· automation of work with archive; · drawing barcodes on documents (RapID); · loading of historical agreements in a system.

In plans of the company development of a system, and the next stage will become automation of data collection for a reporting preparation by different criteria. At present possible options are considered.
