2018: Creation of infrastructure for the Big Data platform

On June 13, 2018 the Technoserv company announced project completion on creation of IT infrastructure for the system of collecting, the analysis and processing of Big Data Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, NLMK.

"Big Data can give a powerful spur to production development already in the long term the next several years. In the activity the enterprises accumulate trillions of bytes of customer information, suppliers and production operations. According to the research IDC, by 2020 the volume of these data will increase twice, and 60% of all collected data can be used in decision making process. Realizing all perspectives of use of technology Big Data, NLMK conducts active work on creation of Wednesday for collecting, the analysis and data modeling of the systems among which an enterprise management system, the ERP system, a management system for controllers. However creation of the similar environment is impossible without existence of the corresponding IT infrastructure. Thus, creation of the hardware complex including the modern, high-performance and reliable equipment, for ensuring smooth functioning of the implemented analysis system and data modeling of the enterprise became the purpose of the current project". In a work progress by specialists of Technoserv delivery, logistics, installation and a commissioning of the server hardware of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and means of a data network of production Cisco Systems are executed. The equipment is placed in the main data processing center of NLMK in Lipetsk. The created hardware complex is built successfully in the general infrastructure of the company and has a connectivity to the monitoring system used in NLMK and control of data.

2016: The contract for creation of infrastructure for a virtual private cloud

On November 29, 2016 the press service of Technoserv company announced signing of the contract on creation and support of infrastructure for a virtual private cloud by request of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine.

Project Tasks

One of strategic tasks of our company is increase in efficiency of use of infrastructure capacities, cost optimization on service of information systems, increase in the overall level of information security due to use of cloud infrastructure of a virtual private cloud directly in the territory of the enterprise. Today we start creation of new, powerful infrastructure of a virtual private cloud which will allow us to provide implementation of a number of strategic projects, the project on creation of a single system of personnel management of the enterprise on the SAP HCM platform is first of which. Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine, (2013)

Within the project specialists Technoserv will install in the territory of NLMK in the city of Lipetsk the scalable computer system of high availability on the platform of the server hardware and storage systems of production of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). The command Technoserv Consulting will install on it in a virtual environment the systems of SAP: Human Capital Management, Process Integration, Adobe Document Services.

According to the contract the service division of the Technoserv Group will provide complex service for ensuring the guaranteed operability of the installed infrastructure equipment and the systems of SAP unrolled on it with the level of availability of all system at the level of not less than 99.0%.

The technical support service Technoserv will become "single window" for the address of specialists of the customer on all questions, it in the round-the-clock mode will accept addresses using a recording system of requests of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine. Rendering services in the agreement is planned with observance of requirements of SLA.

Interesting feature of this project will become the fact that all infrastructure equipment will be supplied to the customer on leasing model of provision of services for a period of 5 years. We are glad to continuation of our cooperation with NLMK. It is not our first joint project – earlier Technoserv already implemented the system of unified communications at the enterprise. Today the principles of interaction between specialists of both companies are well debugged, and we can be sure of harmonious work of both commands.
