On November 29, 2016 the LiveTex company announced start of the channel of support in Viber for users of HeadHunter.

In the Viber channel which is recently connected to the LiveTex platform all usual are available to users of this messenger of function: voice messages and transfer of location, file sharing and links, emoji and stickers, possibility of viewing status of the message.

The HeadHunter company among the first clients of LiveTex carried out beta testing of a digital channel which became available to all users of the website since the beginning of November of the current year.

Implementation of processes of seamless consultation based on the omnichannel platform allowed to increase the number of the solved addresses on the first contact and about 98% of the carried-out chats received from users assessment 'well'.
