On April 18, 2017 the SafeCrow company announced development of the offer on service implementation "The page of the protected purchase" for online-bulletin boards.

Due to the growing demand of service of protection of online transactions SafeCrow, in April, 2017 the company developed integration for online-bulletin boards. Now the platform deciding to integrate service "The page of the protected purchase" will be able to provide the users with security accreditation, to strengthen reliability and reputation, to increase the number of transactions.

If earlier to the buyers and sellers wishing to carry out the safe transaction the guarantor service of SafeCrow was necessary to pass to the website, then after integration the buyer remains on the platform of declarations and can issue any transaction.

Integration looks as the Purchase with Protection button on a declaration card with goods. By its clicking the user passes to the page of an execution of the transaction. Upon completion of the transaction, the user comes back on the website of declarations. Users of bulletin boards online can pay the issued transaction: bank cards, electronic money, transfer to the checking account.

Integration with MandarinPay

At the beginning of February service of protection online of transactions of SafeCrow finished integration into the platform for the organization of online payments MandarinPay. Now the sellers and freelancers using the safe transaction will be able to receive payment at once after completion of the transaction.

Earlier money was transferred by means of bank transfer that could take up to 3 days. The new method reduces time of transfer of money to 1 minute! When choosing this payment method users should consider that the payment amount should not exceed 75 thousand rubles.

2016: Testing of SafeCrow service is complete

On November 29, 2016 the SafeCrow company announced end of the test period of work of "Safe Transaction with Delivery" service. The delivery service of Boxberry became the first logistic company based on which service is organized.

Sellers and buyers - the individuals concluding remote bargains of purchase and sale through SafeCrow can avoid risks of event of default from partners. Using functionality of "The safe transaction with delivery", users have an opportunity to add to protection of purchase delivery across Russia. The mechanism of the safe transaction is that the buyer makes advance payment which remains on the special account of SafeCrow until the goods are not received in issue point where it is possible to check its quality and compliance to the stated description. The amount for purchase is transferred to the account of the seller right after the buyer confirms acceptance of goods. In case of refusal from purchase the goods return to the seller, and money arrives into the account of the buyer.

Transaction algorithm

• In a special online form the buyer and the seller settle terms of transaction.
• The buyer transfers money to the account of the SafeCrow by any convenient method.
• SafeCrow informs the Seller that money is received. The seller delivers goods.
• The buyer confirms that the goods are received.
• SafeCrow transfers money to the Seller to his checking account.

If goods or service do not correspond to the stated characteristics, the buyer can expose a claim to the seller. In this case money will be transferred the seller only after the parties compound and the claim is withdrawn.

For settlement of the arisen disagreements of the party can agree about return of goods or a discount for already sent goods. In this case money either will return to the buyer, or a part of the amount which the parties will approve among themselves will be returned.

If the parties cannot agree among themselves, then the either party can address to the arbitration court which is specially organized as a part of Seyfkrou LLC which will render the verdict within three days.
