"The Yamal-Nenets district center of prevention and fight about AIDS" implemented KIIS

On December 1, 2016 the K-MIS company announced implementation of specially developed module on ARVT as a part of MIS in "The Yamal-Nenets district center of prevention and fight about AIDS".

During preproject inspection specialists of integrator revealed need to carry out automation of workflows.

Project Progress

Feature of work of the customer - specific treatment of patients. Therefore as the company integrator stated, before the staff of K-MIS there was a task - to develop an additional superstructure to an end-to-end medical information system.

Part in work was taken by heads of the District center - the chief physician Lyudmila Volova and Elena Dontsova, the deputy chief physician for a medical part.

Project Results

The additional service for antiretroviral therapy (ARVT) is developed. All works on formation of requirements to completion of a specialized part of software are carried out in cooperation with heads of structural divisions and the staff of the organization customer.

For December, 2016 ARVT - the main a component of treatment of patients with HIV infection. By means of ARVT it is possible to achieve the controlled course of a disease and achievement of a status at which, despite impossibility of complete treatment, it is possible to stop development of a disease, to prevent secondary diseases or to achieve their regress, increasing these life expectancy of the patient.

Completion of functionality on ARVT which became available in the KIIS 3.7.022 version allows purpose of medicines, the analysis of dynamics of laboratory indicators depending on the appointed treatments, control of prescription of medicines and tracking the continuity of their application, the personified accounting of cure for arrival on a warehouse of drugstore before issue to the patient.

Implementation of the medical information system KMIS in the Center began in 2016.

For December, 2016 experienced and production operation during which the staff of the Center makes offers on completion of service is conducted. All offers are accepted in completion, their implementation is planned for 2017.
