Izhavia automated a business contract management process

On December 8, 2016 the BR Consult company announced business process automation of contract management in Izhavia, according to internal local regulations and documents of a quality management system of the enterprise.

Project Progress

In a work progress difficult routes of the movement of electronic documents were developed and started, regulations of use of the EDS were implemented, the unified register in which all agreements and accompanying documents attached to it are visible is created.

Mobile solutions of the DIRECTUM system were applied: Jazz and Solo that considerably changed management philosophy agreements and business processes.

The transparency is reached, there was a clear understanding where there is a document in real time and now at any time it is possible to learn who will approve the document.

The done work, undoubtedly, lifts management of the organization to new level, and it, already influences also quality improvement of services of Izhavia airline in general.
