"The Barnaul DSU No. 4" implemented monitors and state managements of roads in Altai Krai

On December 7, 2016 announced Galex solution development for monitoring and management of a situation on roads of Altai Krai by request of "the Barnaul DSU No. 4".

Extent of highways of Altai Krai 17 thousand kilometers. The task of control over a road situation is complicated by it. Barnaul DSU No. 4 company the scheduling point for distribution of the equipment and operational management of a road situation was required.

Why there was a need to equip such point? The fifth year we — the general contractor on service of edge roads also should coordinate work of six state DSU with all their branches. We faced that on places not always quickly take necessary measures. Project Progress

The software by request of DSU was developed in "Galex scientific and technological center". The technology will help to automate service management, construction and repair of highways.

Project Results

In "the Barnaul DSU No. 4" opened dispatching office. Here accept and process information on a status of edge roads online.

All information from all video cameras and meteorological stations on roads of the region is flown down on one platform. As a result it is possible to see visually what temperature, rainfall and wind speed are observed in each specific point of the region. By these parameters it is possible to receive the forecast on the closest three days.

The interactive map displays information on all equipment involved on edge routes. In addition, on each road in a system there is the passport with its main characteristics. Moreover, after completion a system in the automatic mode will do to managers of the hint.

The implemented system will help to monitor a road situation 24 hours a day online, to give forecasts of a situation. For example, to point to the problem places which remained unaddressed when cleaning snow.
