In December, 2016 Transtelecom, one of telecom operators in Russia, prolonged the agreement on provision of services of communication with the All-Russian center of the emergency and radiation medicine of A.M. Nikiforov of Emercom of Russia (further VTsERM) in St. Petersburg.
