Rosenergobank implemented electronic document management based on Docsvision

On November 12, 2016 the Digital Design IT company and Rosenergobank announced system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) in bank based on the Russian Docsvision 5 platform.

Choosing a Solution

For accomplishment of tasks of Rosenergobank the Digital Design company which proposed the complete solution on automation based on the modern Docsvision 5 platform was selected. It is the powerful product of one of market leaders of EDMS differing in convenience of using, broad functionality, customizability, opportunities of development and integration with external systems of the customer.

Project Progress

The Rosenergobank reduced volumes of paper document flow and transferred work with documents to an electronic form. Organizational and administrative and personnel document flow is automated clerical, internal, contractual. Functionality of a system allowed to increase control of performing discipline and to improve process of approval of payment documents and acts.

The Digital Design company made individual preference of EDMS for the solution of assigned tasks. So, according to a role of this or that employee in processes of document flow and functionality, necessary for it, the automated workplace of the user – Docsvision Navigator is configured. The modules "Easy Client of Docsvision", ensuring functioning in a system from the browser from the computer or the mobile device and also E-mail client for review of documents and execution of tasks by e-mail are available to users of a system. Setup of reference books (for example, employees, partners, etc.) for providing structured data and also the organization of the electronic archive providing document storage in EDMS with functions of quick search and differentiation of access rights of users to them is implemented.

EDMS is integrated with the accounting system of 1C Rosenergobank regarding updating of data on structure of the company and the employees, service ActiveDirectory for use of the user accounts, the service of corporate e-mail supporting mailing of notifications with automatic formation of the text of the message on the basis of data of an izsistema.

Transition to electronic document management and automation of all necessary processes allowed the customer to reduce time of approval of documents between divisions, to increase efficiency of external document flow with partners due to transfer them in an electronic form and will make control the most transparent and effective. All necessary mechanisms of data protection will also be implemented in EDMS.
