On December 12, 2016 the company "Expanse" announced automation JSC NPP Salyut with the help "1C:ERP".

Choosing a Solution

As the partner in implementation the Intensive Center "Razdolye" having considerable experience of project implementation of automation of defense industry enterprises using 1C:ERP was selected.

Selection terms of the solution for automation:

• A system had to intend for complex automation of all enterprise, and not just specific accounting sites.
• The developer of the program had to have good reputation and considerable experience of creation of ERP systems in Russia.
• JSC NPP Salyut is the MIC organization therefore only the domestic software product was necessary.
• Existence in the market of a large number of the companies and specialists who are capable to carry out high-quality implementation.

By these criteria, and considering the cost of the program and its implementation, the decision on system implementation of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2, with accounting and managements in one base was made.

Project Progress

In the project more than 150 jobs were automated. In the project progress it was succeeded to solve a number of organizational coordination problems of work of separate divisions, to organize process of effective input of large volume of data and the most important – to consider necessary specifics of automation of defense industry enterprise.

Project Results

1. The main requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for accounting of GOZ - the 200th order, the 275-FZ, 47 resolution are automated:

• Account of agreements and their stages and also the supplementary agreements signed within contracts is kept.
• In the program planned contract costing which is used then for regulation of costs is formed. As a result of start of the 1C:ERP system it became possible to receive quickly the analysis of cost value and work in progress by articles of calculation. At any moment it is possible to look at cost analysis by orders with accomplishment percent on costs.
• Purchases and works of contract organizations are tied to the performed contracts.
• All costs are personified, it is easy to check and trace them.
• The cash flow by contracts, including charge and salary payment is completely traced.
• The primary documents which are written out from the program have a binding to number GOZ.

2. Primary transactions of the movement Inventories are made out on places of their emergence that allows to avoid errors, to reduce regrading and to remove a part of work, unusual for it, from accounting. As a result all interested services in a foreground mode can see an operational remaining balance of Inventories and plan their revenues to a warehouse.

3. The term of preparation of the procedural reporting was twice reduced.

4. The number of the reports collected manually decreased by 70%.

5. The reporting set-up time (according to the analysis of performance of Agreements with customers and contractors) was reduced as a result of automation by 40%.

6. The enterprise received the system of end-to-end accounting – from signing of the contract, before its execution.

7. In general, at the enterprise it was succeeded to refuse use of several separate software products and to organize work in a single system, with implementation of the principle of single input of primary information. It led to increase in quality of accounting, decrease in routine work of accounting and shift of work of specialists to the area of control and managerial functions.

"Implementation of "1C:ERP" at our enterprise allowed accounting to refuse handwork almost completely. Entering of information into the program is transferred to places – there where actually there is a work therefore the accountant is not engaged in double entry of information now, and its regular reconciliation but only he only controls correctness of document creation. It considerably reduced "harmful" load of specialists, increased efficiency of work and quality of the provided reporting data.
