Tula regional dental clinic (Case (EOS Group))

The implementation project EDMS "CASE" is performed in Tula regional dental clinic State Healthcare Institution. Feature of the project is not only bigger, than in two other organizations, the number of the purchased licenses for the automated workplace of a system, but also additional tasks which were required to be solved. In particular, the customer needed to automate approval of draft documents of perspective of transfer of this business process completely in an electronic form. Let's note also that in this medical institution the initiative of implementation EDMS proceeded directly from the head – the Chief physician Tula Regional Dental Clinic State Healthcare Institution.

On project implementation slightly more than a month was required. During the period from October to November, 2016 specialists of SoftExpert company completed all works – configured document flow business processes, also individual consultations provided user training during designer's service.

Access to EDMS "DELO" was got by the main divisions State Healthcare Institution and also city branch of clinic in Tula. Automation of the following processes became a project deliverable:

• registration of incoming correspondence, outgoing and internal documents, citizens' appeals;
• registration, execution and control of instructions;
• quick search on base with access isolation to documents in structural divisions;
• electronic approval of draft documents (it is started partially);
• interaction within electronic document management with branch in the city of Tula.

Further, within scaling of a system, the customer is going to increase quantity of jobs of EDMS "DELO", to connect the remained branches (on area) and also to completely automate preparation and approval of draft documents. Also the possibility of the organization of interaction with workflow systems of other budget organizations of Tula region in which EDMS "DELO" is also set is considered.
