Eskhata bank completed the project of development and deployment of a system of budget management on the basis of SAP BPC

On December 13, 2016 the RBC Group company announced project completion of development and deployment of a system of budget management on the basis of SAP BPC in JSC Eskhata Bank.

Project Progress

At the first stage the methodology of the System of Budget Management (SBM) model including the following elements was developed and formalized:

• Financial structure of Bank (produkto-focused);
• Process "Annual budgeting in Bank";
• Process "Strategic planning in Bank";
• Process "Calculation of planned financial performance for Bank";
• A technique "Allocation of expenses" for Bank (cascade distribution);
• A technique "Transfer pricing" for Bank.

Existence of the formalized methodology was the key to success of automation of a system of the SSU means of the SAP BPC system.
