Among key actions for promotion to target network condition of MFC need of storage of all federal, regional, municipal services for a uniform repository for a machine-readable type is. Thus, the current version of each of services will be available to universal specialists in each MFC. So-called technology schemes which include the detailed description of service, conditions and process of its rendering and also information on required resources and the detailed explanations based on regulatory legal acts and established practices of rendering services can help them with it. Development of technology schemes according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2016 No. 747-r lies on authorities. At the same time the technology scheme forms once on each service and is reference for all MFC and bodies providing services.
Creation of technology schemes, their approval in electronic form and transfer to external systems, including the systems of MFC, are possible in the automated information system (AIS) Technoscheme – the joint solution of the Companies BFT and RBS.
The schemes created using the AIS "Technoscheme" completely correspond to the Methodical recommendations approved by Government Commission on Administrative Reform: "General information about service is loaded into the AIS "Technoscheme" from the Federal Register of Public Services (FRPS) therefore a part of fields of a form is autocompleted. Working in the AIS "Technoscheme", specialists can create and edit technology schemes, approve the created technology schemes with authorized bodies". The approved (approved) technology scheme is placed in special storage from which through an interaction interface comes to the AIS MFC for use in the course of rendering service by the universal specialist. In case of entering of normative and legal changes into an order of providing service the responsible authority once makes change in the AIS "Technoscheme". Further it is automatically synchronized with the AIS MFC and is reflected in all automated workplaces of universal specialists.
