ARNEST implemented Docsvision electronic document management system

On December 14, 2016 the Erker company announced system implementation of electronic document management in ARNEST company, based on the Docsvision platform.

Choosing a Solution

Among several considered electronic document management systems the Russian Docsvision 5 platform was selected. Not only its functionality, but also a possibility of operational and budget initial implementation at the expense of the ready application "Management of Documents", with the subsequent adaptation of EDMS under specifics of the customer became a decisive factor when choosing.

Implementation was performed by Erker company - the representative of a partner network of DocsVision in Krasnodar having long-term experience of projects implementation based on the platform in large production companies.

Project Progress

All project - from the beginning of setup before start of EDMS in operation - lasted about 1 month, the main flows of documentation are as a result automated: the entering and outgoing letters, memos, orders, orders, agreements. A system is actively used, and today in it about 4,000 cards of documents and more than 12,000 tasks/approvals are already created.

The implementation project implemented by Erker company made users of a system more than 100 employees of JSC ARNEST, accelerated approval of documents and simplified execution control.
