Rostelecom carried out "optics" to all by MFC of Kabardino-Balkaria

Specialists of Rostelecom completed at the end of 2016 the large-scale work on providing with "optics" of hundred departments of the Multifunction center for providing the public and municipal services in Kabardino-Balkaria.

At the organization of the fiber-optical communication line (FOCL) for MFC the company used FTTb technology (Fiber To The Building is optics to the building). The FTTb technology allows to provide to users on one line a complex of the telecommunication services including high-speed Internet access, the organization of the protected virtual private networks, Interactive television - more than 200 channels in digital quality, including in a format of a high definition (HD).

Barasb Mashukov, director of the Kabardino-Balkarian branch PJSC Rostelecom: "The created communications infrastructure will allow to satisfy in full needs of our client for modern telecommunication services. Besides, if necessary based on an optical network of data transmission we can organize additional services: virtual private network (VPN, Virtual Private Network), audio-and video conferencing, external and internal video surveillance, cloud services and many other things".

Optical technologies allow to process bigger information volume to divisions of MFC and also to make more available and qualitative receiving public services. One of the main objectives of work of MFC is providing the public and municipal services in the mode of "one window". Activity of departments of MFC saves residents of KBR from need of collecting of references and documents for different instances.
