On December 12, 2016 the Technoserv Consulting company announced end of the first stage of an implementation project of a customer relationship management system on the Oracle Siebel CRM platform in Gazpromneft-corporate Sales company.

Project Results

In a project deliverable in service of sales are automated:

  • information storage about clients (hierarchy from holding to the enterprise and the employee);
  • management of potential transactions and maintaining contract activities;
  • management of fuel cards and their limits;
  • management of rates;
  • access control to a personal account and mobile application of clients.

Possibilities of Oracle Siebel CRM helped to optimize and systematize work with clients. The CRM system is integrated with the system of processing of fuel cards, the website of the enterprise, a personal account and mobile application, the internal accounting systems. The client can quickly get an information access about volumes of the received fuel, control and analyze financial expenses, create reports, set and adjust limits according to requirements.

In the CRM system functions of automation of a full stroke of work with the client, including management of the transaction, personal account, maps and the agreement of the client are implemented. The additional tool of the analysis and management - a complex of the analytical reporting for services of sales, commercial accounting and a security service.

More than 200 sales managers from different regions of Russia became users of the CRM system.
