On December 19, 2016 the SAP company and the infrastructure telecom operator Telecom Exchange announced end of the first stage of an implementation project of SAP Business One Cloud technology. The GazIntech company worked as integrator in the project.
Project Tasks
Rapid growth of an operating company led to the fact that information necessary for maintaining projects and a reporting preparation, collected in numerous tables, files and did not give in to structuring.
Creation of a common information space for automation of processing of the entering and outgoing requests became a main objective of the project. It was required to optimize receiving, accomplishment of orders and to reduce terms of their implementation for effective interaction of departments among themselves and the end customer.
The GazIntech company acted as the partner in implementation.
Project Results
According to the results of the first stage of the project the customer reduced operating time with documentation, saving necessary information in a proper type. Process of problem definition from heads of divisions, the managing director of the company and their accomplishment is automated, the transparent control system and the analysis of the work done by employees is reached.
Implementing solutions of SAP allowed our company to build an accurate chain of interaction of departments in a uniform information field that allows to receive, analyze necessary information timely. Implementation allowed to automate all basic service business processes of the company. Time expenditure by search and systematization of necessary documentation was reduced to 40%.
