On December 21, 2016 the company SAP announced the beginning of an implementation project SAP CRM of on HANA by request of the bukmeresky company League of rates.
Project Tasks
Partners expect that as a result of operation of technologies the number of participants in the loyalty program will increase up to 45% of base of clients, and the loyalty program will grow by 15 times due to growth of number of clients, the number of actions.
The customer company will see to 40 marketing actions a year. Earlier, due to the lack of specialized CRM- systems, information on clients, actions and bonuses was kept separately in third-party information systems, starts of actions dragged on on long term, and maintaining base was conducted manually. With implementation SAP CRM of on HANA the company is going to automate processes of start, conducting marketing actions and the loyalty program, to segment the customer base.
