Rostelecom organized Virtual DPC for Tatneft

PJSC Tatneft became one of the first large companies of the Republic of Tatarstan who transferred a part of the information systems to "Virtual Data Processing Center" (VDPC). Rostelecom was selected according to the results of tender on the trade and purchasing platform of the oil company. Tatneft uses the virtual machine as a full-fledged alternative of own server computer.

The service Virtual DPC is service of providing in lease of the computing powers, storage systems and backup placed on a cloud platform. The national cloud platform has the highest class of security allowing to perform a personal data storage that is confirmed by appropriate certificates. Control of service is exercised via the web interface. Clients can independently create servers, increase or reduce their power, add disks, do backups, add or reduce amount of the used RAM.
