Investment Committee of St. Petersburg completed upgrade of the investment-portal

On December 21, 2016 it became known of the project of upgrade of the portal (www.spbinvestment.ru/ru) - Investment Committee of St. Petersburg. Works in the project were performed by Netrika company.

Project Results

On the investment portal key parameters of the region are available to entrepreneurs:

Information on how the city builds up the relationship with business, advantages of St. Petersburg in comparison with other regions is collected, including about the support of investors provided with City administration^[1].

According to project participants, upgrade of the portal is carried out taking into account requirements of the regional investment standard, wishes of business community and front lines Russian and international the practician.

• investors got access to object search on attributes:
  • organizational legal status,
  • cadastral number,
  • a type of the permitted use.

Semantic information of cartographic layers allows to collect data on the existing rules of land use and building, existence of encumbrances of section, the area and cadastral cost. At the same time geoinformation layers of the card are constantly updated.

So far as concerns the choice of section under building, it is important to investor to estimate a set of factors: engineering and transport infrastructure, perspectives of development of the territory. On the portal different categories of objects are available to investors: industrial zones, technoparks, special economic zones, business incubators. On each object it is possible to estimate arrangement on the card, to see the list of residents, to receive data on town-planning regulations and parameters of engineering networks. The updated portal considerably will simplify interaction of investors with authorities and will provide gain of positions of St. Petersburg in the rating of the most attractive regions of Russia in terms of investments.
