Content

On December 22, 2016 the Corus Consulting company announced completion of implementation of the first stage of the project on automation of KIT Finance Broker company using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Choosing a Solution

"KIT Finance the Broker" made the decision to implement the modern technology tool. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM system capable to maintain heavy loads and having the developed functionality became the platform for creation of such tool. Corus Consulting Group became the partner of the project.

Project Tasks

Automation of internal processes of work with the broker's clients became the main objective of the project. In particular, the process of financial control for compliance with requirements of the Russian legislation allowing to check quicker reliability of the client was optimized, and in the future — to find information obtained during identification.

Project Results

The CRM system allows to appoint responsible managers for work with specific clients, to qualify the entering addresses and also to control the further movement of the potential customer on a funnel of sales. The solution also allows to fix runtime of tasks each manager that allows company management to analyze employee performance.

Integration of a system with the corporate websites of the broker (www.brokerkf.ru and www.kfe.ee) was in addition made in order that requests from feedback forms automatically got to the CRM system for further processing. Process of gaining access to game biddings at the Moscow Exchange and the international exchanges via QUIK and TWS point-of-sale terminals was automated.

Document storage on clients is performed in the Microsoft SharePoint system which was also integrated with the CRM solution.
