The solution i.Rec – is developed for the companies in which recruiting – one of the priority directions of business, and its efficiency - an important component of growth of the company (recruitment and recruiting agencies, the outsourcing companies, large enterprises which are actively gathering personnel for the tasks, the employment services, etc.).

Use of i.Rec gives to Customers additional competitive advantages, namely: reduces labor costs, will organize collective work with the single database from any place in the world with an opportunity to use modern means of communication, unifies business processes in the company, allows to react quickly to changes of business requirements, offers the modern intelligent interface for work of users.

In a system the personnel recruitment cycle on the arriving requests from the companies clients or internal customers is implemented. Business of the logician, put in a system, controls proper execution of standard procedures of selection and hiring of personnel. In a system about 30 reports on work of recruiters, candidates and statistics are implemented. The built-in system of search is expanded under specific requests of recruiters by means of SQL full-text search engine. This search is similar to search as in Google. It is enough to user to specify the specific character in a field for data retrieval and to specify, for example, a position, a system will look for this position in a standard set of fields (columns) of representation the Contract (candidate/employee) and in text boxes the connected entities of Summary. Data from the systems of recruiting used earlier easily are transferred to iRec, including file investments.

i.Rec facilitates, does convenient and transparent work of the recruiter. Thanks to automation of the main stages of work, both with candidates, and with customers, search time is significantly reduced, selection and hiring of the candidates who are most suitable under requirements of a vacancy, thereby, the company funds allocated for search of employees considerably are saved.

iRec is developed on the platform Microsoft Dynamics CRM which is the web application and works in browsers IE Firefox, Chrome and Safari. The platform includes also such things, potentially interesting to the Customer, such as, marketing of recruiting services, more detailed reflection of financial transactions, work with customer complaints.

i.Rec allows:

  • to automatically post declarations of vacancies on the websites of the company, Facebook, LinkedIn, HeadHunter, etc.;
  • execute bulk mailings and notifications by E-mail and the SMS, with history logging and use of templates;
  • manage events of process of selection of the candidate: interview, testing, interview, etc.
  • save all information with which the recruiter, in the single system protected from force majeurs and errors works;
  • organize collective work with the single database from any place in the world with an opportunity to use modern means of communication;
  • provide complete transparency of all stages of process of recruiting;
  • configure integration with a personnel management system in which data are provided for hiring of workers events of hiring and dismissal are synchronized;
  • analyze efficiency of the recruiter at all stages of process of hiring.
