Automated Proactive Solution System (APSS) is a software platform of service of a customer support Commvault Mobile Advantage App. It is the module of the framework providing the automated, active support of software technologies of an environment of CommVault.
On December 26, 2016 the Commvault company announced release of the platform of support of the next generation of Automated Proactive Solution System.
A system conducts pro-active monitoring, detects potential failures in the Commvault environment then intellectually selects the personalized solutions promoting elimination of these problems.
Insight into Automated Proactive Solution System(APSS), (2016)
The platform is created on the basis of the service-oriented architecture (SOA), integrated with the CommServe server.
APSS warns end users about events, provides possible solutions which can quickly be developed by means of different interfaces. The APSS installer and the meter panel are available from the Maintenance Advantage portal. It is provided to all customers of APSS without the mezzanine board, at the current agreement on technical support.
