2018: Upgrade of mobile application

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), upgraded mobile application of EDMS of Helicopters of Russia holding, having implemented for signing of documents functionality of the strengthened qualified electronic signature (ES) using digital signature facilities of Crypto Pro.

Daily in internal processes of document flow both within JSC Vertolety Rossii, and in the course of interaction of the enterprises of Helicopters of Russia holding the enormous volume of documentation among themselves is vised and affirms. Application of the electronic signature in this case not only accelerates process: unlike the sign manual, electronic allows to sign the document without paper carrier. Also it verifies authenticity of information, being a guarantor of legal force that is important when management decisions are made — Mikhail Nosov, the CIO of Helicopters of Russia company emphasized.

In 2015 BARS GROUP developed for Helicopters of Russia holding mobile application to the electronic document management system functioning in the company. The application allows not to depend on presence at office, existence of the PC or the notebook. Now employees can resolve the working issues connected with consideration, signing, approval of documents and work with instructions using mobile devices.

As a result of upgrade in documents instead of traditional manual signatures the strengthened qualified EDS in the form of the stamp of the signature containing everything for authentication treats now (a certificate number by whom and to whom it is issued the term of its action). It has the most advanced stage of protection as forms means cryptographic data protection.

For ensuring operation of the module created by BARS GROUP it is necessary to import and tie the certificate to the user account. The certificate issued by the accredited certification center guarantees the legal importance of the signature and contains unique code combination in the cipher. Also during creation of the EDS there is an authentication: in a case with the withdrawn and invalid certificates the possibility of creation of the signature will be blocked.
