On December 30, 2016 the WebProduction company announced implementation of the Customer Relationship Management System of OneBox in security holding "Sherif".
Project Tasks
OneBox implementation purpose — to create personal accounts of clients and to automate processing of addresses.
The Sherif holding intends to use the potential of the software product for management of base of contacts, accounting of orders and payments and also for online communication with clients. Such functionality unloads call-center managers. The personal account gives to clients an information access about a status of the personal account, saves events: calls, emails also displays the tasks set to the security contractor.
