At the beginning of 2017 S-Terra Bel LLC, the Bel VPN developer of products, announced obtaining the self-produced certificate of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry No. 643.1/6472-1 on the software of the following of Bel VPN of products:

- software package (SP) "Security Gateway Virtual Bel VPN Gate-V 4.1"
- Bel VPN KP 4.1 software product
- Bel VPN L2 4.1 software product
As the director S-Terra Bel Saprykin Alexander noted, the self-produced certificate is in fact legal fixing of what is reflected in the following documents:
- license agreements on the terms of which products are transferred by Bel VPN to the End user and are protected by copyright owing to the fact of creation of this object (Articles 8, 14 Laws of Republic of Belarus of 5/17/2011 No. 262-Z "About copyright and the neighboring rights", Article 981 of the Civil code of Republic of Belarus);
- certificates of conformity on Bel VPN products, issued by Operational analytical center at the President of Republic of Belarus, and certifying that products identified properly are made by S-Terra Bel LLC serially, and there corresponds, in total, to 14 Belarusian standards and TNPA (version 4.1).
The self-produced certificate will allow to simplify in certain cases a procedure for procurement of Bel VPN of products and to take the certain advantage provided by the legislation, – Alexander Saprykin added. – Besides, in case of the hardware and software system "Gateway of Security Bel VPN Gate 4.1" when choosing by the Customer (User) of the Belarusian producer of hardware platforms (Bevaleks, Belsoft) anybody will have no doubts that in this case we deal with completely domestic product.
