Creation of a single centralized system of accounting and processing data on all notarial actions made in the territory of Russia:
- uniform subsystem of information security and ensuring legal importance of documents;
- an interaction subsystem with state agencies and a subsystem of NSI;
- subsystem of a full stroke of notarial office-work of Russia;
- subsystem of training and qualification examinations of notaries.
