On January 11, 2017 the Directum company announced implementation of an ECM system in JSC Zoloto Kamchatki.
Project Goals and Objectives
Main goals of implementation of an ECM system at the enterprise — to make safe work with corporate documents and to increase control of their movement.
The selected reference points allowed to select the following tasks:
- Creation of uniform archive of documents with a possibility of flexible access isolation.
- Formation of the unified register of contractual documents with a possibility of grouping and sorting according to necessary parameters.
- Possibility of creation of documents on templates.
- Fast approval of documents and possibility of control of terms.
- History logging of work with agreements, possibility of accounting and the analysis of changes of contents with support of version control.
- Convenient analytics on a contracted work.
Choosing a Solution
Directum was selected as the ECM platform which has more than 100 ready-made solutions. With their help it is possible to automate end-to-end processes of the company, for example, purchase management, exchange of electronic documents in the organization and with external partners.
Project Progress
In August, 2016 the research, a system design and development of a prototype began. They took a little more than a month a project team.
Modification of a system under requirements of the company became the next stage, and in November trial operation during which specialists of the company vendor quickly entered into the system of completion on wishes of users began.
Since December Gold of Kamchatka works in Directum and using a system signs agreements from all societies of group. At the moment in a system about 100 users work.
During the project modules Office and Contract management were implemented that allowed to automate:
- work with orders on primary activity (registration, approval, signing, registration, execution, acquaintance);
- work with contractual documents (registration, approval, signing, registration, return control).
