On January 11, 2017 the ELMA company announced automation of internal document flow, processes of formation of working schedules of personnel and diagrams of annual leaves and also automation of process of preparation for biddings in compliance in GBUZ GP № 220 DZM.
Project Progress
The implementation project of the ELMA BPM system in city clinic No. 220 of the Moscow Department of Healthcare was preceded by complex training of heads of the budget medical organizations. Training was organized at the initiative of Department of health care together with Moscow State University of the Government of Moscow. During the training course special emphasis on the organization of business processes of the medical organizations, increase in efficiency of their work and improvement of mechanisms of management of medical institutions was put.
Knowledge gained during training allowed heads of GBUZ GP № 220 DZM to analyze the operating business processes of clinic and to define those from them which should be optimized first of all. As the solution on business process automation the ELMA BPM system was selected. Delivery of a system and consulting support of the project were performed by the certified partner of ELMA Metaproc company.
After study of process of preparation for biddings, in the ELMA BPM system were also automated:
- Processes of internal document flow of city clinic: work with acts of medico-economic examination, processing of outgoing claims, creations and performances of orders OPMU, DZM, process of signing of the contracts.
- Internal business processes on the organization of work of personnel of clinic: business processes on formation and approval of working schedules of medical staff and divisions of clinic and also annual vacation schedules.
- Processing of addresses of patients and providing consultations about receiving medical services by call center specialists.
"Relying on the knowledge base received from ELMA developers and consulting support of the partner of ELMA of Metaproc company, 80% of works on modeling and setup of execution of business processes of clinic in a BPM system were executed by our regular specialists. First of all, we worked process of preparation for biddings. For the purpose of quality improvement of medical services, we conduct updating of the park of the medical equipment and we purchase supplies, and we wanted to optimize this process. As a result we managed to save employees from need to hold the mass of data in the head or on paper and also to accelerate procedures of preparation and approval of sets of documents. All process steps of tendering were built according to federal law No. 223-FZ."
